4 Disassemble transmission and remove AR27.10-P-0510NKBtransmission housing (27G) from antifriction bearing

5 Remove oil pan AR27.10-P-7030NKB

6 Remove electrohydraulic controller unit AR27.19-P-0200NKB

7 Detach retaining ring (5)

8 Pull off cover with oil duct (6) from transmission housing (27G)

9 Detach cover (7) from transmission housing (27G) using a suitable tool

10 Unscrew bolts (22) and remove park pawl lift i Installation: Install new screws/bolts (22). solenoid (Y314l1) from transmission housing (27G)

n *BA27.10-P-1007-04F Bolt, lift solenoid to transmission housing

11 Remove bolt (102s) and remove permanent i Installation: The permanent magnet (102) magnet (102) must be replaced after every dismantling

operation.

n *BA27.10-P-1010-04F Bolt, permanent magnet to reset piston

12 Unscrew bolt (103) and remove with washer i Installation: The bolt (103) must be (103s) replaced after each disassembly operation.

n *BA27.10-P-1011-04F Bolt, park detent to transmission housing

13 Remove pin for lock pawl (104) together with coil spring (105), bearing bracket (106) and lock pawl for park pawl (101) from transmission housing (27G)

14 Attach removal/installation tool to transmission AR27.60-P-0950-01NKBhousing (27G) and lock in upper area

15 Use suitable tool to remove retaining ring (8) p Installation: of parking lock mechanism During assembly, only press the retaining ring

(8) together far enough to install it.Otherwise it will be deformed. A deformed retaining ring (8) will result in faults or malfunctions on the parking lock mechanism.

i The chamfer on the retaining ring (8) must always face outwards towards the cover (7).

i Installation: The retaining ring (8) must be

replaced after each disassembly operation.

16 Push removal/installation tool downwards

17 Remove locking pin (108) i Screw bolt (109) into locking pin (108) and then pull out the locking pin (108).

i Installation: Only unscrew bolt (109) from

locking pin (108) after detaching removal/installation tool; check that locking pin (108) is correctly seated beforehand.

18 Release removal/installation tool, slowly move

up and then lock again

19 Remove actuator for park pawl (100) from i Installation: Coat sealing ring of actuator transmission housing (27G) for park pawl (100) with oil before assembly.

20 Remove compression spring (107) from

transmission housing (27G)

m Clean

21 Clean all parts and check for damage and Replace parts, if necessary.

Loctite 7063 cleaning spray (150 ml) *BR00.45-Z-1046-04A

Assembly cleaner *BR00.45-Z-1028-04A

22 Install in the reverse order

23 Check transmission oil level und correct if AR27.00-P-0100NKB

24 Carry out engine test run, while doing so check the engine and transmission for proper operation and leaks
