CELL PHONE POLICY REMINDER Cell phones may not be turned on inside of the school building at any time. Cell phones must be switched completely off, and left in the student’s book bag. Turning the cell phone to “silent” or “vibrate” is not acceptable. Cell phones may only be used outside of school buildings and only outside of school hours. During inclement weather or declared emergencies only, students will be permitted to use their phones to contact parents from the main lobby areas only. Any student who is found to be in violation of this policy will have their cell phone confiscated. Cell phones will only be returned to parents after 3:00 pm on the following school day. Repeat violations of this policy will result in further sanctions.
Parents who would like for an absence to be excused must fill out an excused absence form. If they are bringing in a doctor’s note, the absence form still needs to be filled out and stapled to the doctor’s note. If the child will be absent for a few days for going out of town, etc. parents can fill out a pre-approval absence form, that can be turned in before the child is actually absent.

If you don’t play golf, consider these options:
1. Round up a foursome of friends of family and have them join us for a round of golf on a fabulous golf course – in exchange they will actually get to come back and play for FREE two more times when they activate their FREE driver’s club membership!
2. Make a minimal donation of $50-$200 in exchange for advertising, flyers or coupons in the golfer gift bag or play a bigger role in sponsorship
3. Donate goods or service to be used as prizes, raffle items or gift bag giveaways.
What do you get for your action?
1. Advertising on the golf course, the booster website and in “The Chronicle” 2. As a participant you have the opportunity to stay at the Rosen Shingle Creek for $99
+tax per night from 11/14-11/17 – why not make this a family get away (Kids get to play in the pool, Mom goes to the spa)!
3. A feeling of school pride
