Eva Mae Sanford Walton Ms. Eva Mae Sanford Walton, age 61,

affectionately called “Baby Sister” peacefully transitioned on Tuesday, May 30,2017. She was born October 12, 1955 in Cleveland County to Margaret Sanford Taylor and the late Columbus Dorsey, raised by her stepfather, the late James Taylor. She graduated from Burns High school

in 1972. Her employment includes J & C Dyeing of the Doran Corp. and Spectrum Dye

& Yarns. She was well known by many people. She had a passion for crossword

puzzles and the Wii games. In addition to her father and stepfather, Eva was preceded in death by; 3 brothers, David

Sanford, Timothy L. Sanford and Nathaniel Sanford.

Eva leaves to cherish fond and loving memories, a daughter, Lakisha Joann Parks of Gastonia, NC; a son, Jarred Duwarren Parks (Jennifer) of Clover, SC; 8 grandchildren, Zytavis Parks, Ta’ja Parks,

Taliah Parks, Zechariah parks, Jordan Hall, Jasmine Wilson, Jayla Parks and Jayden Parks; a

sister, Joann Sanford Hartley( Henry) of Shelby,NC; a stepsister, Shirley Bridges of

Shelby, NC; 6 brothers, Willie Sanford( Sarah) of Shelby, NC, Tommie Sanford of Gastonia, NC, Willie Sanford of Rochester, NY, Elijah Sanford of Dallas, NC, James Taylor, Jr. of

Spartanburg County, Robert Taylor of Shelby, NC; her furry baby, “Candy” and a host

nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
