• The gathering of information from Plan Sponsors for reconciling data at the end

of the plan year for compliance and forms preparation

• Also includes detailed questionnaires to obtain information for annual

and TPA at various points in the process

• Results stored for easy access. If errors or omissions after completion, TPA
