Mass Finishing | Shot Blasting | AM Solutions | www.rosler.com
Rosler keeps your mass finishing bowls, tubs, and barrels up
and running - guaranteed! Rosler’s lining division, located at
our Battle Creek, Michigan manufacturing campus, is one
of the largest suppliers of wear-resistant, polyurethane lin-
ing in the industry. For over 40 years, we have been relining
and refurbishing vibratory finishing equipment. We use highly
wear-resistant, mercury-free polyurethane linings that can be
applied using hot-pour, cold-pour, or spray techniques. Our
highly trained relining experts will ensure your machines are in
like-new condition and ready to work hard for you, regardless
of manufacturer or model.
Rosler Relining Service
Rosler’s Lining Division provides polyurethane liners in varying durometers. We
begin by removing and disposing of the existing liner. Rosler’s unique thermo-
strip method uses a special, environmentally friendly, thermal system to com-
pletely remove old linings. We then stress-relieve the processing unit and shot
blast the entire machine to the raw steel.
After a thorough inspection, we complete any necessary repairs including crack
repairs, vibratory drive motors, flaps, fixture point, springs and electrical con-
nections. Our technicians prepare the unit and line it to your exact specifica-
tions. An adddtional tempering step ensures the new lining is evenly and fully
cured to ensure the liners meets its expecatations for performance and long-
term durability.
We then install any new or rebuilt accessories and finally, the unit is primed and
painted with enamel prior to being returned in like-new condition. Rosler also
provides a range of special services to suit each customer’s needs such as add-
ing new automation accessories and fabricating new gates, drains or screens.

Spray Polyurethane Lining
No need to invest in expensive molds. Customized, wear--resis-
tant linings can be applied not only to machines manufactured
by other companies, but also to special shapes and sizes like
tumbling barrels, vibratory hoppers and screening machines,
Hot-Pour Polyurethane Lining
Rosler’s hot-pour polyurethane lining is our most popular
relining material. Our experts use lead-free and mercury-free,
abrasive-resistant polyurethane with a hot-pour technique re-
sulting in considerably longer service life than traditional lin-
Polyurethane Castings
Rosler’s polyurethane casting process can create small, custom
cast urethane parts such as car wash rollers or blower hous-
ings, as well as replacement urethane parts for all makes and
ers. Our two hot-pour dispensing machines can process 80-95
durometer materials. Rosler also offers cost-effective, cold-
pour polyurethane lining services.

accuracy prior to moving on to the next step. Post-pro-
duction inspections are performed by independent
technicians to ensure they meet our strict specifications.
EPA Approved Burn-Out Oven
Central to Rosler’s experience and success is the EPA-approved
burn out oven. Custom designed for this purpose, the state-of-
the-art oven meets all state and federal environmental guide-
lines. It is an integral part of our multi-step relining process,
performing to the highest standards while minimizing impacts
on our shared environment.
After disassembling, the tubs, bowls and other units enter the
oven. The polyurethane and paint are thermally stripped in a
controlled 24 hour cycle before moving to the next process
step.
