Club Policy: Proper golf attire, softspikes orspikeless shoes
only.
Tournament Format
The tournament will consist of a four personscramble, with a
maximum of 144 golfers. The fee is$300 per foursome. The fee
includes: 18 holes golf,cart, hot dog and drink at the turn, steak
lunch withtwo sides and a drink, prizes for the top teams,
andskills contests. There will be a cash beverage cartavailable on
the course.

Relay for Life
On behalf of the American Cancer Society we arerequesting
donations, such as participation in the golfouting event or the
Relay for Life of Oregon eventwhich was held on June 7-8, 2013 at
Cardinal StritchHigh School.
Relay for Life is the American Cancer Societyssignature
activity. It offers everyone in thecommunity an opportunity to
participate in the fightagainst cancer. Teams of people will camp
out atCardinal Stritchs track and field and take turnswalking or
running around the track. When they arenot taking their turn, they
have the opportunity to
participate in other fun activities. Each team is askedto have a
representative on the track at all timesduring the event,
representing that cancer neversleeps so for one night neither will
we. Relay is an
overnight event and lasts 18 hrs. Teams of peoplefrom all walks
of life have fun while raising much-needed funds to fight cancer
and raise awareness ofcancer prevention and treatment. This event
is anexcellent way to support free cancer programs andservices
provided to cancer patients and their familiesand highlight your
commitment in the fight againstcancer.
Cancer touches so many people in our communityand Relay For Life
is a great way to help fight this
terrible disease. Please consider making a donationfor our Relay
