In the case of the Carmen and Aida apartments, the rate for 3 persons is applied even if there are only 1 or 2 persons. Special discounts are available if there are 4 or more persons.
In the case of the Traviata, Nabucco, and Madama Butterfly apartments, the rate for 2 persons is applied even if there is only 1 person. Special discounts are available if there are 3 or more persons.
In the Trovatore, Don Giovanni, Turandot, Tosca, and Rigoletto apartments, the full rate is applied for the first person, even if it is occupied by only two children aged between 2 and 16 years.
Villa Clodia is located about 200 metres from Piani di Clodia. For check-in, check-out and other operations, please refer to the reception desk at Piani di Clodia. Buffet breakfast, daily maid service, swimming pool and spa are included. Wi-Fi is free throughout the complex. The prices do not include the tourist tax of Euro 0.80 per person (aged over 15) per night. The tax is payable on-site. All our apartments are non-smoking.

DISDETTEIn event of cancellation, please inform our Management in writing:- more than 60 days before arrival, the entire amount will be returned, without any cancellation costs being charged;- more than 30 days before arrival, 50% of the amount will be returned;- more than 15 days before arrival, 20% of the amount will be returned.No refunds will be made in the case of cancellation up to 15 days before arrival or in the case of early departure.
ARRIVAL - DEPARTUREThe apartment will be at your disposal from 15.00h on the day of arrival.Please free the apartment by 11.00h on the day of departure.After checking out, you can use the spa and pool areas, with no additional costs, until closing time.
