1. The ONE Konzern Business Platform (ONE.KBP) -

The Volkswagen Group has founded the Group Business Platform for its worldwide

procurement processes and for the enhance of qualitative supplier processes.

Since the introduction of the Group Business Platform in 2003 all parties could improve

their high efficient communication and interaction competence, their transparency and

optimized processes, and their competitiveness.

The ONE Konzern Business Platform is a dynamic platform that is constantly assimilated

for an optimally cooperation between the supplier and the Volkswagen Group.

The ONE Konzern Business Platform has brought the already excellent supplier

relationship to a new quality level.


2. Requirements for a registration on the ONE.KBP

Organizational

• Valid DUNS numbers for all locations

you want to register

• Assign a person in your company to

carry out the registration (registrar)

• Appoint an administrator in your

company to create users and grant

authorizations for the Group Business

Platform

Technical

• Internet access / email

• Up-to-date Internet Browser with 128

Bit encryption (e. g. Internet Explorer

7.0 if necessary with Java Virtual

Machine 1.2 for OVS)

• Software to display documents and

drawings (PDF, TIFF, …)

Supplier Self-Registration


Click on “next” to start the

registration

Step 1: Enter your company data

At first, please fill in your

company data.

Attention:

The data of the registration

have to match exactly 100

percent the data of your

DUNS number at

www.upik.de.


Afterwards, please click on

“next” to continue.

Step 2: Enter the registrar data

Please fill in your personal

contact data. The registrar is

responsible for the

registration. During the

registration process he/she is

the contact person for the

Volkswagen Group.

Please enter your personal

email address related to your

company, such as:

[email protected]


Click on “Submit” to

communicate the registration

data.

Step 3: Check of your data by the Volkswagen Group

The Supplier Integration

Team (SIT) of the

Volkswagen Group performs

a plausibility check to verify, if

your company data match the

data in the Dun &

Bradstreet/UPIK database.

After a positive check, the

registrar will receive the

access data by email.


After receiving the access

data, please go to

www.vwgroupsupply.com,

click on “Login” and enter

your access data (Login with

Password).

continue with step 4.

Step 4: Accept the B2B User Agreement

With the first login you need to accept the B2B

User Agreement online.

Additionally you need to send a signed document

by post to the Volkswagen Group within six

weeks.

On this page you will find the necessary pre-filled

PDF file of the B2B User Agreement for printing.


Please check the box in order to agree to the

terms and conditions and click on “Submit”.

Afterwards, the “Submit” button will change into

“next”. Please click on it to continue with the

registration process.

Supplier database


Click on “Supplier database”

to continue with step 5.

You will find the respective

button either to enter data

(Add), or to continue the

process (Continue the initial

data entry) always in the

lower right hand corner. All

mandatory fields are marked

with an asterisk.

Step 5: Fill the supplier database

In this step you need to fill in

further information of your

company.


Create a company administrator

On this page you will be

informed about the

responsibilities of a company

administrator.


Please click on “next” to

proceed with step 6.

Step 6: Nominate a company administrator

The company administrator is

responsible for the

administration of the users

and rights of your company.

At this point, the registrar has

the possibility to decide, if he

will be the company

administrator, or if he wants

to nominate another person

of the company for this

responsibility.


Please click on “Submit” to

finish this step and

consequently the registration.
