Greetings Trailways Members & Exhibitors! I’m pleased to be your new board chairman for 2019-2021 and I especially look forward to seeing all of you in Orlando for the 84th Trailways Annual Meeting. The dates are March 1- 4, 2020 at the Renaissance Orlando at Sea World, a 4-Diamond AAA hotel with a terrific location at Sea World. Our registration procedure is online, which is a new process launched recently. All attendees, Members and Affiliates, must register online. This includes exhibit space for the trade show. Early bird rates apply! We thank you for your assistance with this new system. Over the past three years I have served as your marketing committee chairman and I’m looking forward to serving as your chairman. Rate:The Trailways group rate is $220.00 per night, per room, and the $15.00 daily resort fee, plus taxes.

The outing is fun and designed for any skill level. We will use the Callaway scoring system. Shingle Creek Golf Club is located at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort. It is a stunning par-72 championship golf course designed by Arnold Palmer Design Company. The course is set along the historic Shingle Creek headwaters of the Everglades.

The Trailways Annual Meeting takes place March 1-4, 2020 in Orlando, Florida, at the Renaissance Orlando at Sea World®. During the meeting, there are several exhibitor opportunities:

Outdoor Exhibit Event & Lunch:

Wednesday, March 4, 2020 Time: 12:30pm – 2:30pm

Description: The outdoor exhibit and lunch takes place in the hotel’s parking lot amidst the vehicles and equipment displays, allowing time for owner-operators to go on-board and meet with manufacturers and equipment providers. Exhibitors include manufacturers of vehicles and equipment such as buses, motor coaches, mini-coaches, Limo’s and VIP vehicles; lifts, wash systems and other heavy equipment.

The Outdoor Lunch, sponsored by ABC, showcases vehicles and equipment, food and prizes.

The Indoor Tradeshow is the major networking event at the annual event.

Indoor Tradeshow:

Wednesday, March 4, 2020 Time: 3:00pm - 5:00pm with reception

Description: The indoor tradeshow is a table-top event for product and service providers to meet and talk with Trailways owner-operators during a dedicated two-hour time frame in the hotel’s ballroom, with light snacks and bar. Exhibitors include providers of bus products and services and tourism-related companies seeking bus company business. Space is limited at the indoor exhibit event. See page 4 for online registration link.

Indoor Exhibitors receive:

One 6’ x 30” skirted tabletop, 2 chairs, wastebasket and identification sign. The space is carpeted for all exhibitors. Please note, a badge is required for all representatives at your table. Although you have the option to select your booth, Trailways reserves the right to (re)position any exhibitor or table location to avoid conflict.

*Gold Level Sponsorships may be co-sponsored. Fee Range: • $10,000 to $14,999 for primary sponsor: entitled to company with 1 co-sponsor

• $15,000 to $24,999 for primary sponsor: entitled to company and up to 2 co-sponsors

• $25,000 and above for primary sponsor: entitled to company and up to 3 co-sponsors

The primary sponsor is responsible for arranging payment by co-sponsors to you and to inform Trailways of co-sponsor names and to provide their logo for web and print publicity material by the deadline (Feb. 7).
