Dear Colleagues,

This year’s SGK Herbsttagung will be hosted at the LAC, the ultra-modern Cultural Centre of the city of Lugano, in sunny Ticino, and will address the relation between emotions and heart diseases.

Prof. Thomas Lüscher’s main lecture will be followed by the workshops as-sessing various cardiac conditions, which can be put in relation with the emotional sphere, thus offering the possibility to discuss various clinical cases we face during our daily practice with the lecturers.

Before the last part, dedicated to the update on the novelties in cardiology, we shall be offered the possibility to attend a theatrical presentation ded-icated to the heart and its emotions, directed by the great Swiss director, actor and choreographer Daniele Finzi Pasca.

We look forward to meeting you in Lugano.
