Registration begins Tuesday, May 7th at 10:00 am Limit of 2 project days & 1 single class per child from May 7th-13th
*Registration for additional classes starts May 14th*
~Please read all instructions carefully ~
Participant must be at least 9 years of age as of January 1, 2019. Participant must have filled out a 2019 4-H Enrollment Form by May 1st to register for summer classes. Any enrollment forms
received after May 1st will be noted and cannot register for summer projects until May 14th. Absolutely no registrations will be taken before 10:00 am on May 7th. Call 586-6101 or go online at boone.ca.uky.edu on May 7th at 10:00 am to register. Online registration is strongly encouraged. Please check your username and password PRIOR to May 7th to be sure you
are able to log in. If you have misplaced or forgotten your login information, call the Extension Office at 586-6101 or email [email protected] PRIOR to May 7th to retrieve your username and password.
As we are limited to computer use at the front counter, it is not recommended that you come into the office in person to register.
Participant will register for Project Days, not individual classes. Do not select Project Days that will repeat a class from another Project Day.
Participants will remain at the Extension Office the entire day for Project Days (9:00 am-3:00 pm). Participants should bring a bag lunch to eat during Project Days only. You may also bring a mid-morning snack if you think
you will need one. Participant should call to cancel if they are unable to attend a Project Day they are registered for. You may be dropped
from future classes if you miss too many Project Days without cancellation. Participant needs to be on time for morning class. If late, the participant may not be permitted to complete the activity
already in progress, but they will be expected to stay with the class to continue with the remainder of the Project Day. Materials are provided unless otherwise listed, and are purchased based on registration. We do not keep extra materials on
hand so DO NOT SHOW UP FOR CLASSES FOR WHICH YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED. Participants on waitlists will be notified if an opening occurs for a particular Project Day. Do not come to the office hoping to
make it into a class. The next person on a waitlist is the one entitled to be in the class.
