These packages may consist of drawings, specifications, standards, procedures, etc. These are the official specifications that must be conformed to by any bidder for the item/s requested in the solicitation. Following is the procedure for cFolders registration All cFolder users must have a DIBBS account. Once you have established your DIBBS account, a cFolder User ID and password will be the same as your DIBBS. When you log-on to cFolders for the first time, using your DIBBS ID and password, you will receive a Change Password prompt. To establish your access to cFolders, go to the DLA/DIBBS home page at: 1. Go to the DIBBS site at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ 2. Click on DLA Collaboration Folders in the Technical Data section of the DIBBS home page. 3. Follow the instructions. 4. You will be asked to create a password. If you are having trouble with this registration, Nexpointe can be of some assistance, but you may need to contact cFolders directly at 855-352-0001.
