Utility Building 510 Ridge Ave. Greendale, Indiana 47025, for the construction of the Greendale Pool until 2:00 p.m. local time, on October 18, 2012 at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Each sealed bid shall be accompanied by either a cashier’s check or satisfactory bid bond, in a sum, which is not less than fi ve percent (5%) of the aggregate amount of the bid, payable to the City of Greendale.

The successful Bidder will be required to execute and to provide construction contract security in an amount not less than one hundred percent of the bid. The project will be required to be completed in 210 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to proceed to the successful bidder.
