DESCRIPTION
Belize was the host for the annual Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) Regional Policy Dialogue on Science, Technology and Innovation (STI). The theme this year was: Innovation in the Service Sector: Opportunities for the Caribbean. Participants were from Jamaica, Haiti, Barbados, Suriname, Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago and the IDB. Academia, investors, policy makers, and trade organizations were well represented in the attendees. This effort was jointly sponsored by the IDB and the Caribbean Export. Development Agency
