8/3/2019 Regional Awards
1/2
On Saturday, members of the Latin Honor Society competed in this years Latin Regional
Forum competition at Academy of the Holy Names against roughly 700 others students
from three counties. There are three types of competition, which all students are open
to take, so the competition is fierce, especially from the private schools. These are
Academic (tests), Creative (projects) and Olympica (sports). This was perhaps our finest
year yet, so please congratulate the following students:

And because of their stunning performances, Robinson also came home with:
Overall Creative Award, 2nd place Overall Olympica Aware, 1st place
Final Overall Sweepstakes, 3
rd
place
The final Sweepstakes is the combination of all the scores from the three events versus
those of every other school. Because of the students strong performace across the
board, we made it into the top three schools out of the 20 in attendance from
Hillsborough, Manatee and Pinellas. Way to go, Knights!
