Highlights - Baltimore

*The Robot Challenge* http://www.ewh.ieee.org/r2/baltimore/robot/ The Baltimore Section is into its 14th years of the Robot Challenge, an educational activity that has involved over 4000 High School students, introducing many to Engineering for the first time.

TISP (Teacher In-Service Program) is an IEEE Corporate project that is strongly supported by the Baltimore Section, as it provokes interest in engineering among Elementary, Middle and High School students, hopefully generating potential interest in the Robot Challenge when they grow older

*The Continuing EE Education Program (CEEE)* http://ewh.ieee.org/r2/baltimore/continuing_education/CEEE.htm Launched in 2007, designed to be a series of continuing education courses with the following goals: - to update IEEE members on new developments in the EE field - to familiarize member engineers with basic new products, tools and techniques - to facilitate networking and foster collaboration between members of different chapters - to help members become more competitive in an uncertain job market
