GOAL1: Regional and ExCom members: dedicated, very active, well informed,
innovative, efficient
• Changes to Executive Committee • New Sections • Two more Responsibilities of ExCom and Regional
Committee members:– Training of successors– Preparation for work at HQ level, (Leadership training)

WISH LIST - - Region 10 by 2009:
• Increased membership by 20,000, • Operate in one more country (!),• Have increased proportion of volunteers at
the HQ level at RAB, TAB, EAB, Standards and Pubs,
• Increased benefits for the members

So there is so much to do in 2007• To Recover 20,000 members who have not
paid dues this year,
• To gain new members,
• To Introduce new Programs, Initiatives and Activities, especially for students and new graduates even if we spend a part of our too big reserves!
