    What is Ascending Order?

    Ascending means increasing order(smaller to bigger).

    In the picture, animals are standing in increasing order of their size.

    Another name for increasing order is ascending order.

    When we arrange the numbers in increasing order(smaller to bigger), we say that they are arranged

    Descending means decreasing order(bigger to smaller).
