Reflective Teacher A reflective teacher must be that one that looks back and evaluate if everything that he/she is doing is beneficial to the students. This means that a teacher must see if the thing that he/she is doing is correct because the way the teacher is developing the class can help or prejudice the students’ progress in class. For that we need to help us each other teachers to see our faults and correct us and suggest what we need to correct. But the teacher not only need to be observed to help each other, we need to see other teachers giving classes because is a way we can reflect of our own actions in class if we are doing it correct in our way of teaching or if we need to change something to do the class more efficient. Sometimes is better to reflect ourselves using a technique that is like a journal that all what we do is written in a place that we can analyze if we are doing it right. The use of reflection is not to torture us that we are doing thing wrong but the contrary the use of reflection is the best way to make us better educator that we are. The use of reflection can help us correct things that we were doing that we thought it was correct and fix it to improve our teaching skill

Reflective Teacher

A reflective teacher must be that one that looks back and evaluate if everything that

he/she is doing is beneficial to the students. This means that a teacher must see if the

thing that he/she is doing is correct because the way the teacher is developing the class

can help or prejudice the students’ progress in class. For that we need to help us each

other teachers to see our faults and correct us and suggest what we need to correct.

educators for the students. We as educators need to be dynamic in our teaching in

which we can help the students to learn without falling in a routine that can damage the

learning of the students

The use of praxis is essential for a teacher to teach because is another way to

reflect our way of giving class. Praxis make us question our actions, it makes us change

the way of seeing learning into another way. So in other words praxis is a way of

reflecting the ideas and the way of teaching to correct what is wrong and modify what it

already exist. Why praxis is too difficult to introduce in class? Because the way that

people see this discipline is like a world changing style that can modify the world but the

purpose of the reflective method is to change the way we teach into the best so the

students can learn and apply what they learned thanks to a teacher that reflected what

he/she was doing in class.

To become this type of educator first I need see what type of educator am I so then

when I know how am I to see and reflect if is there something to change. The teacher

that I want to be is the teacher that notice that not everything is standardize and I as a

teacher can see that I can change things that can be beneficial to my class students so

their learning process could be effective and clean. Pass a good judgment of what is

correct to do in class so they can use the knowledge in critical thinking and analyzing

the material given in a professional way and remove what is damaging the way I teach

so the things that I give can be clear and precise.
