REFLECTION

Based from this course and the task I have done, there are many new things and knowledge that I

gained. I learnt this all in order to improve and enhance myself to be a good teacher towards the

new era of education. First of all, through this course, I have learnt on how to create a blog and how

to publish my works in that blog. Before this, I have heard about the usage of blog but I have no

interest on create blog because I didn’t know anything about it. But for this course, my lecturer Mr.

Krishna Kumar divided us into a small group and gave us task on creating a blog. From this I took

some initiative to create a blog from the guidence of my friends. For sure this knowledge will help

me for my future undertaking because nowadays all the schools are looking to integrate 21 st century

and technology skills into the curriculum. So, this course really help me to gain a lot of things.

Morever, I also learned about a apps which named as “Socrative”. I downloaded this apps

in my smartphone and I try how this apps operates. I found that this apps is a excellent software

where students can enjoy their learning process. It became other resources for me to use in my class

in future to encourage team work, collaboration and help faster learning. Other than that, I also

learned and realize about team work. My lecturer asked us to collaborate and work in group. My

group members and I always share all the opinions and ideas about the task given such as we

planned for a trip to Kuala Sepatang Mangrove Forest. We discussed in group and separated our

works as well. The works that were divided among our group members were such as paperwork,

collecting money, dealing with the incharge of Kuala Sepatang and more. We shared our problems in

groups and help each other to solve the problems. Lastly, I have learnt a lot of new things in our trip

around the zoo and Kuala Sepatang Mangrove Forest. For example, I got to know the process of

making coal takes part and the benefits of mangrove tree. I also enjoyed planting the mangrove

seeds and this is the opportunity that given by God and also lecturer to give a life to the plant which

can live so long. Its really give a big satisfy for me and this is the unforgettable moment in my life

forever. At zoo we had done a handicraft using recycle things.

As a conclusion, there are many new knowledge and experiences that I have learnt and

gained through this course. It is really beneficial for me as a teacher and I will practice all the new

knowledge that I learnt for my teaching in the future. I would take this opportunity to thank my

lecturer who help us to gain some knowledge and teach us new things in this course. Thank you very
