Re: DHARNA PROGRAMME AT DELHI ON 23.03.2017 Further to our last circular no 2017/32 dated 17.01.2017 on Centralised Dharna programme of 23 rd March,17 at Delhi, we wish to inform you as under: (1) We have received about 1400 names through state bodies / affiliates who would need accommodation at Delhi. Arrangements are being made for hotel accommodation for these participants. Delhi State Committee will inform hotel details by 10 th March, 2017 to the state bodies/ affiliates, who are requested to inform the individuals so there are no last minute confusion. However in case you have any quarry after getting information you may contact Shri A.K.Bansal , Delhi State Committee. (2) Now request for additional accommodation will not be considered. (3) Press Conference has been arranged at Delhi in the afternoon of 22.03.2017. Those office bearers who reach Delhi on 22 nd March, 2017 in morning hours are requested to attend the press conference and inform about it to Shri A.K.Bansal. (4) We expect about 15 Members of Parliament to address the Rally on 23.03.2017 . Office Bearers/ Central Committee Members who have tied up with M.Ps. are requested to coordinate with them and inform by 22-03.2017 to Shri. A.K.Bansal for their time of arrival.
