However, that would not be; wide enough to prevent precipitation, coritact withPut a sophistica.tedyseam construction system. Therefore, the waste; areas have not been cbyered;with plastic, sheeting.. 4. SUMMARY AND SCHEDULE OF ACTIONS TAKEN TO MITIGATE DIFFICULTIES. Because of the stringent time frame of this project, we have already submitted the waste samples for treatability studies to ChemFix. You did inform us that EPA has approved the laboratory for CLP work in the past. You said that you would also check to be sure that the company is still on the approved contractor list. I will call you to confirm this.
CONCLUDING STATEMENTS Please contact me if you have any questions or comments regarding work completed or planned for the Barefoot Landfill Project, or if you require more information. We anticipate submitting the next progress report on September 6, 1991.
