ASHTANGA YOGA: The primary series of Ashtanga Yoga; duration 90 minutes.
BEGINNING YOGA: Suitable for those who are new to yoga, all props are provided.
BEGINNING & BEYOND: Suitable for beginners; modifications & options are provided for more advanced practitioners.
INTRODUCTORY ASHTANGA: Covers the basic elements of Ashtanga Yoga including sun salutations, the standing sequence, and seated
postures of the Primary Series.
POWER YOGA: Emphasis on holding poses longer & maintaining breath awareness.
NATIVE YOGA: Vinyasa flow with elements of Ashtanga and Bikram practices.
NOON YOGA: A 40-min flowing practice that includes breathing exercises, standing flow sequences, balances, hip openers and core
strengthening. Ends with brief relaxation segment.PRENATAL YOGA: Incorporates elements of traditional yoga (stretching, strengthening & balancing) to reduce the discomfort and stress
of pregnancy.
PIYO: Combines elements of yoga and Pilates; great core / abdominal conditioning.
MINDFUL & RESTORATIVE: Gentle practice to help relieve chronic stress. Props are used to provide complete relaxation. Also ideal if
you are dealing with injury or illness.
VINYASA FLOW: Includes sun salutations, standing poses, balancing, core strengthening, hip openers, & backbends.
YOGA WITH WEIGHTS: Yoga with weights builds core stability, bone density, and balance. The exercises stimulate muscle toning,strength, & coordination.
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
REGULAR FEES (VALID THROUGH 5/31/2011):
$8 single class
$35 for five classes*
$50 for eight classes*
$80 monthly unlimited (as many classes as you like per month)**
*Prices quoted above are valid for all classes. Packages are issued with a six-month expiration date.
**Unlimited monthly packages can only be purchased during the first week of the calendar month and expire the last day of the month.
