Why I picked my topic project? For a while being in campus and visiting

dorms I noticed mountains of trash in the “recycling bins”.

At home we are trying to be “go green” so I will to happen over to my second home.

St. John’s can start promoting something that will help the campus out over time.

For the President to finally recognize the issue and have some control over it.

What I added..Inexpensive ideas that the school can do to crack

down on polluting.Personal testimony that I experience at home and in

campus.The effects that we as students do that contribute to

the overall harm of the world.

As a Vincentian School.. I thought that being in

a Vincentian School we should inform students of keeping care of our environment and raising awareness.

I used the school website and the appearances they used to keep the campus “Green Friendly”.

Students should take part!

•One my suggestions was that the Earth Club should be more involve and throw a series of events around campus to promote the issue and get students involved as well. • Get the message across with the help of social medias such as Facebook and Twitter.

At the end of the day…We as students should be concern of our

actions. This is our second home for 8 months out of the year.

Be responsible and take the initiative to make a change or just do something simple like using green bags or buy recyclable items such paper towels and napkins.

Take the time to do something good such as do a park clean up or plant trees and plants around the area that’s easy “community service” hours for a class.

Make the earth a better place!!!
