Reattach the Support.

Line up the prongs with theblack turn knob.

Push the Buttocks onto thebase plate until the prongsare fully protruding past theblack turn knob. Tighten theknob.

To attach a Prostate ensureit is lined up correctly (thename on the Prostateshould be on the underside).It will only fit in the hole inthe Frame one way due tothe lugs being differentsizes.

Insert Prostate and rotate it90o in a clockwise directionuntil it locks securely intoposition.

To unlock a Prostate turn it90o in an anticlockwisedirection.

Pull to remove it.

Depress and turn the whiteretaining clip to release theFrame.

Remove the Frame.

Squeeze the end of thebowel together.

Push the end of the bowelthrough the hole in theFrame.

Support the Perineum byholding the white foam inone hand, and then pushthe Perineum out with yourother hand from the otherside.

Remember to refit thePerineum in the orientationshown.

Loosen both of the blackturn knobs that attach theButtocks to the Base Plate.

Slide the Buttocks away.

The Trainer is supplied in theleft lateral examinationposition.

To change to the ‘patientbent over’ position, firstrelease the metal Supportand lay it down flat.

Remove the Support.

Unscrew the right handblack turn knob.

Hold the screw in positionand reattach the black turnknob.

Push the Support into theclips marked ‘Position 2’ onthe Base Plate.

To ease removal, hold thescrew in place fromunderneath the Base Plate.

Reposition the screw in thecentre hole of the BasePlate. (The other black turnknob is not used but shouldbe left in position so that itdoes not get lost.)

Lay the Support down flat.

Rotate the model by 90o sothat the edge with only oneset of prongs is in line withthe Base Plate.
