11 March 2010 To Whom It May Concern: From 2008 to 2009 I worked with Mr. Dabney on the 3.4 billion dollar expansion of the Marathon Oil Refinery in Garyville, Louisiana. I found Mr. Dabney to be knowledgeable in all aspects of construction (including civil, structural, electrical, instrumentation, piping, and rotating equipment). Mr. Dabney consistently demonstrated that he had the knowledge and leadership capabilities to identify potential problems and develop effective workarounds saving the project both time and money. He earned the respect of those who worked with him, being fair and balanced in his dealings with others. Mr. Al Dabney is a hard worker (usually one of the first in and last out each day). Al, Good to hear your family is doing well. I hope the attached letter will help in your future endeavors.
