Launch Receptionist Console
• Log into your End User Portal
• Enter your User ID (refer to your Welcome Email)
• Enter your Password (refer to your Welcome Email)
• Click the Log In button • Click on the Receptionist PC

• Check “Stay signed in” check box
• Click Sign In

• Call status is easily identified by the status Icon next to each call
• To answer an incoming call WITH a call in progress, click the ANS button, this will automatically place
your existing call on hold

• You have access to several directory options within the Receptionist Console
• Favorites allows you to identify individuals you want to monitor for phone status
• Enterprise directory is a real time directory that contains contacts from your entire company
• Personal directory will contain contacts personal to you that you can add and delete
• Search provides you the option to Search from all directories for a specific individual

Within the contact, click Notes
to enter a note or information
about the contact, such as, “On
Vacation”, and click OK
After clicking OK, you will be able to
view the note you entered for that
contact

• To make an outbound call, manually enter or copy/paste a
Number in the dialing field
• Click the Phone button to send the call
• OR, click the Call button within a contact
to place a call to that individual

• With a call in progress, find the individual you want to transfer the call to within your Contact Directories
• Click the TXR button, OR grab the call from the Call Console screen and left-click to Drag/Drop the call to
the contact
• The call will be answered or roll to voicemail
• To send the caller directory to voicemail, click the VM button

• All parties included in the
Conference call are displayed in
the Conference Call field
• Click HOLD to place either party
on hold
• Drop any party by clicking END
• Click LEAVE to leave the
conference call and the other
parties will remain connected
• With two calls in progress,
click the CONF button
• The three parties will be joined
into a conference call
