Promotion Dates:To be eligible for the promotion, the homeowner must:• Purchase a qualifying product from a participating Lennox Dealer between March 12, 2018 and June 15, 2018.• All qualifying equipment must be installed by June 22, 2018.• All Claims must be submitted within 14 days of installation or by July 6, 2018 whichever occurs first.

Claim Submission:• Homeowner must receive the rebate offer directly from a participating Lennox dealer.• The sale and installation of the equipment must fall within the promotional dates to qualify.• Homeowner must complete their rebate submission online within 14 days of installation or by the claim submission date, whichever

occurs first. Failure to do so will result in the claim being declined.• Homeowner must enter their REBATE online at: www.lennoxconsumerrebates.com• Homeowner must also submit a copy of their homeowner invoice.• Claim review will not begin until proper back-up documentation has been provided.• Homeowners can redeem only one of the promotional offers per serial number sold.• This offer will be a Visa® Prepaid debit card sent directly to the homeowner who made the purchase. Debit cards are valid for

Completed Consumer Rebate Submission Form• Please fill out in its entirety. Failure to do so could delay the processing of the rebate.• If there is an error with the claim and additional information is required, 360 Insights will send an email directly to the homeowner

notifying them of the error. Homeowner email is required for claim status notification.

Claim Status:Homeowners can check the status of their claim at www.lennoxconsumerrebates.com. Dealers can view claim status on LennoxPros® via Sales Tools> Consumer Rebates (Under Promotions)> Check Claim Status. If a claim needs further follow up, the email address provided upon entry of the claim will receive a weekly email until the information is provided or until the promotion paperwork end date.

PROMOTIONAL GUIDELINESFinancing – Claim Submission• Financing offers are available exclusively through Service Finance Company (“SFC”) and only when financing Lennox products. Any Dealer

that is eligible for Lennox’s 2018 Spring Consumer Promotion (all CAP package levels) enrolled with SFC is eligible to participate in theseconsumer financing offers.

• It is the Dealer’s responsibility to submit the transaction to the Lennox redemption center for additional reimbursement per thedates/deadlines of the Spring Consumer Promotion.

• The sale to the homeowner of the qualifying product must fall within the promotional period to be eligible.• Homeowner must be approved for financing by SFC. Dealer is “funded” by SFC for each qualifying job, less any noted financing cost.• All jobs must be funded by July 29, 2018.• Dealer must complete their financing claim submission online via LennoxPros within 14 days from installation or by July 13, 2018,

Question: I want the cash to deposit in my checking or savings account. How do I get cash with this Visa Card? Answer: Visit any ATM and withdraw cash to deposit in your account.

Question: My customers are used to getting a physical check. How do I help them transition

from a traditional check to a Visa® Prepaid card?

Answer: Help them understand that the card can be used for any transaction or purchase that you would normally make using cash. The largest categories of card usage are currently in shopping, food and dining, travel, utilities and entertainment.

Question: When do the funds expire? Is the expiration date the same as the date on the card?

Can the expiration date be extended?

Answer: The Lennox Pre-Paid Visa has an expiration date of 12 months from the date of card issue. For customers who need a little longer than 12 months to use all of their funds, the expiration can be extended for only $2.95 per month.

Question: What are the fees associated with using the card?

Answer: There are NO associated fees to use the card wherever VISA is accepted for everyday purchases within the first 12 months. could be the problem?

Answer: The full funds are available for use; however, there is a $2.95 ATM fee, as well as the fee the ATM operator fee. These fees could impact the full amount available. These are the same fees that would be incurred if you were using your bank issued debit card.
