REALIZATIONS ON THE LAW OF INTERDEPENDENCE

In the principle of interconnection, it says that everything is connected with

everything else which means a certain thing works with the help or together with others.

The strength of the organization depends on the greater community. One can’t perform

perfectly its tasks or responsibilities without depending other things’ use. Therefore,

everything plays a vital role to everyone’s success or realization.

This law makes me realize that we, as human beings should take good care of

everything that exists here on earth; regardless to its size, color and the like. We should

think that everyone or everything exists for a reason; everything has its purpose why Godcreated it. They are not decorations that can easily buy in the market neither our toys

which we can play on but they are things created purposely. It’s just the same with the

people in an organization; everybody is indispensable to each other. Rank in file

employees are needed by the management and vice versa so that both parties can perform

their tasks correctly and smoothly. Without any of the party, there may be an impediment

in the work flow of the organization. Then, inefficiency of the organization will arise. On

the same way, buyers and sellers also need each other or dependent to each other. If the

buyer stops buying or availing the product of a deceiving seller due to low quality, there

would be conflict to both sides. The buyer may not buy the product again and distrust the

seller forever. While in the side of the seller, he will loss additional income as the buyer

stops to buy his product and a decline of his reputation. In the other way around, trees are

needed by humans for various usage and trees need us to take good care of them.

As I have mentioned above, as saver soldiers, we should take good care of

everything that exists because it has its own worth into our lives and that we are

interdependent to them. We can’t live all by ourselves; we need other things in order to

survive. We need them and they need us too. Human to human, animals to animals,

nature to nature, nature to human and so on and so forth, we do dependence to

everything. I am dependent!

A GLIMPSE TO HOYOHOY

I pictured out a nice view of a cold mountain which I expected that will really

allure me if I would be there. I thought of green grasses under and beside the tall trees. I

thought of those lovely birds that sing while flying from tree to tree. I thought of those

beautiful dancing flowers as the fresh air tries to sway them side by side. But these

remained as thoughts.

It was the day for a trip to Hoyohoy, Tangub City. It was not only for unwinding

moment but an environmental scanning time. As we went up the cemented road on the

way to the place, I saw the yellow flowers that look like the sun. As what I observed, the

place has only few trees but actually those were Pine trees which couldn’t really support

the soil from being eroded when floods come. And there were no birds that I noticed

maybe because of few trees to live in by them. However, a new structure had built and it

is the commercial hotel of Cong. Leo Ocampos. As what we had witnessed, there were

only few garbage cans that the management had put on the surroundings of that hotel.

There were also no safety signs or reminders that could help the visitors or anybody that

would stay in that place away from any accident that may occur. On the planned cable

car and zip line that to be put up by the management of the hotel, I could say that it’s a

good plan but they have to consider the viability of the area. They have to consider that

there is a threat in having those amusement things in a way that there might be a land

slide since there are no big trees which can hold the soil.

With these observations, I could say that the community people including the

hotel management should joint force in developing the place through planting trees and

other plants that can add beauty. There should be proper disposal of wastes. And most of

all the hotel management should do its overall social responsibility by helping the

residents in many ways such as education and livelihood programs, and the like because I

believe these are really the things that they have less. Hoyohoy is a nice place to stay in

and a place that deserves for everyone’s care. I hope I’ll be seeing it again with enticing

scenery.



REALIZATIONS ON LAW OF ABUNDANCE

I paused for a while and tried to

think what does this law all about.

Then, I found the answer when I

researched it. This entails that there are

many things to be done around us;

there is abundance of things.

In this law, I can say that we

have to look for other things that we

may do. Do not stick on what you have

now or what you are used to. We should be resourceful or wise enough in everything that

we have or we do, for example, time. It should be utilized properly; if you are done doing

your tasks, why not look for something where the remaining time is worth spending for.

In work environment, as an employee or even as a boss in the future we must spend time

in things which are helpful in developing our organization.

Therefore, to become effective saver soldiers, we should not limit ourselves into

what we are having or doing rather extends it by taking a look to our environment and

respond on it. Expand your territory. There is abundance in you!

REALIZATIONS ON THE LAW OF RECIPROCITY

“It’s better to give than to receive.” This line has been deafening us since the day

that we enter kindergarten or even when we’re not yet in school; when our parents had

taught us. But the question is, have we really internalized the meaning of this line? I

guess, just some of us, if not, there is few.

However, a law of saver soldier is in connection to this matter. This is the Law of

Reciprocity, says that people will give when they have been given to. Meaning, people

will give if they have been received something. When we give something to others, time

will come that what we have given will be given back to us or there is a return of

everything. But I believe that the real essence of giving will be attained if the person

doing such action doesn’t look for a return or even more asking the recipient to give

back. We should not have the attitude which is, we will give because we will receive

something out from t that but rather we will give because we want or it’s really what our

hearts speak. As the days go by, we have to go deeper into what the law states. It’s not

all

about what it says but how we will do it. Remember, “In giving there is loving.”

especially if it is straight from the heart!



REALIZATIONS ON THE LAW OF THE LAST MILE

“There are two kinds of people, those who finish what they start and so on.”- Robert Byrne

Sometimes we become lazy in doing

our work. We end up the day without

accomplishing something yet we have

started it. We started something but we

ended nothing.

What a nice strike this law has into

me. As of the moment, this is my last

reflection paper to encode. I’m happy I

started this work and going to end this very day when I got a start. Law of the Last Mile

states that if you don’t finish what you start, you might as well not start at all. This law

means that if you have not finish your work, it’s the same with you have not started

anything. If we begin the day with a good introduction, then we have to end it with a

good finale. Accomplishment is often acknowledged when you done completely what

you have to do. Another point, I realized the connection of how my mother scolds us

every time we haven’t finish the home chores at the end of the day. It says the same

thought as this law of a saver soldier. I could say, I am molded by a saver soldier and the

way to be is to follow her.

In the near future, this law will really be used by yours truly in handling the

different things in the work milieu. As this law be read and understood by many, I’m sure

they will pause and reflect themselves. This is to be compared to a glass of water; youwill completely quench your thirst, if you have taken the last drop.
