How do we overcome this wave of new technology?

•Make new technology easy– Enhanced diagnostic tools and programs

•OEM’s and tool/software suppliers working closer together to improve productivity and ease of troubleshooting•Common platforms by all OEM’s for tools and diagnostics•Continuous education and hands on training•Web based training– can be accessed anytime, anywhere – allows quick impact across a large population

Web based training will be the preferred training method

Common platform for diagnostics – easy navigation and intuitive
