NEWSSPRING HERALDS INCREASE IN AUCTION PROPERTIESSpring is in the air and is reflected noticeably in the number of new properties entering the auction market.

Recent auctions have had increasing success rates with properties either selling under the hammer or being sold prior to the auction date.

Joanne Danckwardt from One Agency Sally Absalom said her property at 12 Sublime Point, Mount Pleasant, saw around 60 groups through the open for inspections during the three week campaign.

There were 25 people at the auction with two registered bidders who saw the property sell under the hammer for $570,000, which was above reserve. The purchasers are owner occupiers from Woonona.

Sally Absalom from the same office sold her property at 48 Uralba Street, Figtree prior to auction for an undisclosed amount.

Also sold prior to auction was 61 Hospital Road, Bulli (Bevans Thirroul) for $600,000.

Jeremy Tillman from PRD Dapto had three properties, 8 Balarang Way, Koonawarra, 34b Cawdell Avenue, Albion Park, and 29 Weemala Avenue, Koonawarra which all sold prior to auction for undisclosed prices.

The happy vendors, Helen and Trevor Collier of 12 Sublime Crescent, Mount Pleasant, SOLD by One Agency Sally Absalom under the hammer for $570,000.
