StressVest is the world’s first non projectile, force on force, firearms

tactical training system that creates stress during training. The system

utilizes a training firearm that fires a laser pulse which activates the

StressVest when on target. The StressVest will deliver a vibration to

role players or a safe localized stun to the waistline of students.

STRESSVEST™ CoNTRollERThe Controller is the brains of the StressVest system. All controls are clear and accessible, allowing Instructors to easily set the StressVest to the desired setting. The digital display allows Instructors to quickly set modes and read the number of hits to specific panels of the StressVest. The shock adjustment dial allows the pain penalty to be quickly adjusted for the skill level of the student. The shock/vibrate switch includes a warning light that illuminates when the StressVest is set to stun.

ADVANTAGE 1 - STRESS INoCUlATIoN TRAININGTrue Stress Inoculation Training requires an incremental exposure to a stressor. Since non lethal training ammunition has a consistent mass and velocity, the pain penalty is not adjustable. The StressVest™ has an adjustable pain penalty that allows the instructor to set the penalty to the appropriate level of the student being trained.

ADVANTAGE 2 - GREATER SAFETYSince the StressVest™ system utilizes eye safe lasers and no projectiles, it allows a safety template never before seen in force on force training. Training does not require special protective equipment and there is no longer a fear of unprotected individuals entering the training area.

ADVANTAGE 3 - CENTER MASS REWARD SYSTEMOne of the most common complaints from firearms instructors conducting force on force training is that students are rewarded regardless of their shot placement. The StressVest™ only activates when hit in the upper torso region. Video taped training will show shot placement and response times outside of center mass. Additional panels for the side of the body can be purchased.

ADVANTAGE 4 - CoST SAVINGSThere are several kits available for use with the StressVest™. This includes dry fire conversion kits, dedicated dry fire training pistols and blank fire kits. No additional costs are incurred for protective equipment, non lethal training rounds or extra safety personnel.

ADVANTAGE 5 - No DAMAGE oR ClEAN UPThe StressVest™ system allows for training in the actual environment that law enforcement and military conduct their business without worry of damage or messy clean up.

ADVANTAGE 6 - REAlISTIC SHooTING DISTANCESThe accuracy and distance using lasers is a ballistic match to the issued ammunition. This includes the ability to shoot through windows or windshields.

ADVANTAGE 7 - VARIoUS TRAINING MoDESThe patent pending software based controller allows for several modes:

Stress Exposure ModeThe level of shock can be preset for each individual student. This allows the instructor to vary the pain penalty based on the student’s current ability to handle stress.

Move to Cover ModeEach successive hit will result in an increase in pain penalty. This will force the student to move during the fire fight.

Injured officer ModeAfter the student is hit, they will continue to receive a random pain penalty for the rest of the scenario. This teaches students proper mindset for winning encounters.

Role Player ModeDelivers a vibration instead of pain penalty. The StressVest™ can be set to activate only after a specified number of hits occur.

ADVANTAGE 8 - INJURED lIMB TRAININGOne of the most difficult situations to replicate in training is an injury to the students’ dominant arm. The StressVest™ shock delivery system can be placed on any of the extremities to create pain to the specified area.
