sandstone kit homes, maximising benefits for the distributors and providing the widest possible exposure of the

product. Subject to Stone Homes approval, distributors may also advertise on their own.

We have qualified, competent and experienced personnel at Stone Homes working with contracted experts to design

and present advertisements through television, print and electronic media. Stone Homes envisions its

advertising campaigns to be an unmitigated success, given the high quality of the product.

Stone Homes_ is a company that retails genuine sandstone kit homes at an affordable price to customers throughout Australia. Stone Homes is urgently seeking distributors of our kit homes. A distributor will only be required to sell the kit home. All other arrangements including finalising the contract, sourcing the components for the kit home, storing and delivering the kit home to the customer will be solely handled by Stone Homes. For each kit home the distributor sells, Stone Homes will pay a 10% commission to the distributor. The initial outlay involves an entry fee paid to Stone Homes. In addition to the rights to sell Stone Homes, the distributor will receive, free of charge, a Nepean-style genuine sandstone kit home, for use as a display centre and/or place of residence. There is also a variety of other options which the distributor may choose as a mode of operation.

Aside from a few conditions, distributors run the distributorship as their own independent business, with minimal day to day administrative costs. This is a great opportunity requiring minor business risks for the distributor.

Our SoftwareStone Homes will provide extensive training in all aspects of the business. This include the unique Stone Homes

computer software which instantly quotes and modifies standard designs, and all other systems and competencies

required by the distributor to effectively sell the stone kit homes with ease and professionalism. Our computer soft-

ware includes the Mason and Plotter systems. Mason is a user-friendly quotation tool that will give the customer a

real-time price. Plotter has been designed to analyse a detailed file out putted by Mason and automatically produce

council ready plans for both standard and custom designs. Plotter will output plan layouts, elevations, section views,

connection details, and return the plans to the distributor within minutes. Please view the screenshots below which

Delivery DetailsThis screen shows the delivery details. This is where you, the distributor, let us know where we will deliver

the kit to.

LayoutThis screen shows where you add in windows,

doors, internal walls, verandahs, stairs, insulation, wet areas etc. This is where you and the

customer design the house together.

MeasuringThis is where you are able to measure how big a room is and change the size of the room to suit

the customer’s needs.

DetailsThis screen shows where you enter the customer’s

details, from here you can pick the wall cladding and order plans and contracts for the customer.

Floor PlanThis page shows a floor plan of the design quoted.

Quotation pageThe quote page is already set up within the

program. At the click of a button, you can print off a personalised quote for the customer detailing how many windows and doors are included and

their position.
