As the academic calendar begins the students would be undergoing a month of training on Communication Skills and Personality Development Program. The First Semester would be fun based learning in which, along with the subjects, the emphasis would be given on Attitude and Leadership Development imbibed with Industrial Visits and Guest Lectures by eminent professionals.

In the Second Semester the prominence would be on introducing the corporate world to the students. The students would be made to participate in intra and intercollegiate competitions, seminars and conferences and undergo live projects.

In the Third semester the students would be given opportunity to Industrial Interactions through Internship programs in top notch companies. As the students are ready to meet the corporate world, the Fourth Semester would be Pre Placement period placing them in top companies.
