Implementation Steps

Axion Health strives to minimize day-to-day business disruption. The implementation process begins with a mapping of customer workflow and best practices. This ensures the software set up and configuration accommodates those practices. The data integration team will then work with your IT group to create a daily HR system feed.

With the infrastructure established, a phased launch of the system begins. This approach allows time for a comfortable integration experience. Training tools include multimedia training, user guides, as well as live training to facilitate the learning experience.

Depending on the feature set purchased, at least one and perhaps several, data feeds will be needed during implementation. Organizations usually supply one part-time IT person to work with the Axion Health integration team to set up the primary HR data feed. There may also be a need to set up lab feeds and import any legacy medical record data. All of these operations are routinely completed following a time-tested, established process led by the Axion Health integration team.
