Unpaid placementFull-time training at a hotel takes place in weeks 5 and 6. Skills covered may include: taking food and beverage orders, silver service, Sommelier skills, and basic Health and Safety training.
Morning General English20 lessons per week of general English covering reading, writing, grammar, speaking & listening.
5 Specialist afternoon lessons/week• 21st century skills and personal developmenttraining: self-awareness, emotional intelligence,communication skills or building self-confidence
• Vocational skills training for the hospitality sector: customer service, wine service, reception and telephone skills, CV building, presentation skills, body language
