Ready for WinterSafe concrete repair during the cold season

Build without risk, all year round As winter approaches, low temperatures regularly slow down the progress of renovating roadways, bridges or industrial plants. Negative temperatures and the uncertainties of the weather reduce the repair window and make planning more difficult for project managers. This results in time delays that are hard to calculate as well as downtime, both of which drive up costs.

In situations like this, conventional repair mortars quickly reach their limits. Temperatures of at least + 5 °C are required to handle them. When the temperatures drop, the setting and hardening of the mortar will be delayed, which can lead to cracks and other structural defects.

MasterEmaco: fast and reliable – even at low temperaturesTo avoid cold-induced failures and application risks, the MasterEmaco product range from Master Builders Solutions offers powerful repair mortars that can be handled without problems at lower temperatures.

As the Temperature Falls, the Challenge Increases
