2020 Gifts for God’s Children-“Covid-Style”

Catholic Charities is already planning for our 2020 Gifts for God’s Children-“Covid-Style” and we need YOUR help! Due to COVID-19, we are not able to run this program as in years past, but the need is greater than ever and we want to provide the most joyful Christmas possible for the children, seniors, and families of our community… That is where YOU come in!! In place of an Amazon wish list or a toy drive, this year we areasking that you, as a parish community, come together and adopt families in need. How many families can we count on your parish adopting?

We are working on a plan for your parishioners to either bring their adopted family’s items to Catholic Charities or directly to the family.

In need of service hours? Adopting a family will count as three service hours! In order to make sure that we have all of our families covered, please let us know if you will be participating in this new Gifts for God’s Children program by September 30th. You can email Rachel D’Addabbo with the number of families you are willing to adopt @ [email protected] or call (901)722-4750. Thank YOU for helping us love our neighbors and provide a special Christmas to our community’s most vulnerable this year! #ServeLove
