Meeting called to order at 7:06 PM

Mrs. Costenbader-Jacobson announced the Board held an executive session prior to the

meeting to discuss personnel items.

to create a digital flyer management and distribution system

digital flyer management and distribution system as attached. At a one-time cost of $1,900
