How to install the Sky AI V1.5 Update

The setup of Sky AI V1.5 will automatically install in the same location as the previous version installed,

in case of Prepar3D V3, you can run the installer as normally because it is new version (Sky AI base files

plus V1.5 update together).

Installing for FS2004:

- 

SP1 is needed to be installed prior running setup V1.5.

- 

It is important to not install in other location as the setup will proceed to uninstall files for old

liveries and flight plans, thus if you install it manually, the version will be corrupted, with errors

and mixed files. More info at the end of page.

Installing for FSX:

- 

SP1 is needed to be installed prior running setup V1.5.

It is important to not install in other location as the setup will proceed to uninstall files for old

liveries and flight plans, thus if you install it manually, the version will be corrupted, with errors

Installing for FSX SE:

- 

Install the V1.5 update in the same directory as the Sky AI base files (V1.0).

It is important to not install in other location as the setup will proceed to uninstall files for old

liveries and flight plans, thus if you install it manually, the version will be corrupted, with errors

and mixed files. More info at the end of page.

Installing for Prepar3D V3:

-  For Prepar3D V3 you can run the installer of the V1.5 version as usual since it is the complete

version (Sky AI base files plus V1.5 update files).

IMPORTANT

Suggestion for those who install files in other locations rather than default paths or for those who install

files manually:

If you have installed (or moved afterwards) your aircraft files (or traffic files) into another directory,

please make sure to move back the airplane and traffic files to their original locations so that the

installer can remove old files successfully, after applying the V1.5 update you can then move back again

the files where you had them.

Optionally you can chose to install the Sky AI Base files (V1.0) into a separate folder, and then install the

V1.5 update in the same location.

It is important to install V1.5 in the same location as the previous Sky AI version was installed, otherwiseit will be corrupted with mixed, uncompleted files.
