Admin/Rec./Regular/Group ‘B’/12/2017/AIIMS-RPR/2155 dated 06.12.2017. Computer Based Test (CBT) for

recruitment to the above posts was held on 27th

3. It is mentioned in para 14 of the notice of the recruitment that :-

(i) AIIMS, Raipur will have the full discretion to fix separate minimum qualifying marks in Computer Based Examination/Skill Test, wherever applicable, for each category of candidates [viz. SC/ ST/OBC/PH (PWD)/ ExS / General (UR)]. (ii) After the Examination and Skill Test, wherever applicable, AIIMS, Raipur will draw up the Merit List, on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidates in the Computer Based Examination. AIIMS, Raipur may prescribe minimum qualifying cut-off marks in the Computer Based Examination for different categories of candidates.

* includes candidates of reserved categories qualifying at UR standard. 5. The list of shortlisted candidates for Document Verification and Skill Test (where applicable) as per the above is Annexed.

6. Verification of documents in respect of the shortlisted candidates will be held to ascertain the eligibility of the candidate for the related post.

7. No Skill Test will be held for the post of Bio Medical Engineer, Medical Record Officer and Multi Rehabilitation Worker (Physiotherapist). Only those candidates, who are found to fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria of the post after document verification will be considered for final selection. Final selection will be made on the basis of marks obtained in the CBT.

8. As per the provisions of the Notice of the recruitment and Scheme of examination, Skill Test will be conducted for the posts of Office Assistant (NS) amd Personal Assistant. Shortlisted candidates, who are found to fulfill the eligibility criteria of related post after document verification, will be called for Skill Test. Candidates may note that Skill Test will be qualifying in nature and final selection will be made purely on the basis of marks obtained in the CBT.

9. The Schedule of document verification and Scheme of Skill Test will be declared shortly.

10. Shortlisting for Document verification/Skill Test does not entail any right of appointment to the candidates. Candidates should note that their candidature is purely PROVISIONAL at all stages of recruitment and subject to fulfilling all the eligibility criteria prescribed for the post. The candidature of the candidate is liable to be cancelled by the Competent Authority in AIIMS Raipur if at any stage of their appointment it is found that he/she does not fulfill any of eligibility criteria or conditions or if he/she does not belong to the category claimed or if he/she has concealed or given incorrect information which if known earlier, would have rendered him/her ineligible for selection to the respective post.

11. Canvassing of any kind will lead to disqualification of candidature.
