R&D AT THE MARITIME STUDIES
Conducts applied research to match with real life needs.
Develops practical solutions together with the authorities and enterprises.
Supports teaching and training.
R&D AT THE MARITIME STUDIES Currently 14 people are directly employed in
development projects (e.g. environment, safety, operational efficiency).
Networked with Finnish and international research institutions and universities.
Depending on the project the relative share of EU funding, Finnish public funding and private funding from companies varies.
