L E A R N A B O U T T H E S E R V I C E S Y O U R C O M M U N I T Y H A S T O O F F E R

RiverCrest is located in Upper Providence Township. This historic

municipality with its rich agricultural roots, was incorporated in 1805. The

Schuylkill River, which runs along the western border of the township has

played a prominent role in the region. The Schuylkill Canal, built in the

early 1800’s, passed through the township, bringing coal from the rich

Allegheny coal fields to the port of Philadelphia. The community’s name is

a tribute to this scenic and historic waterway.

Upper Providence is located on the western border of Central Montgomery

County. With easy access to major highways such as the Pennsylvania

Turnpike, US Route 202 and 422, and Interstate 476 and 76, residents of

the township have easy access to many employment, shopping, and

historical centers. The Valley Forge National Historical Park and King of

Prussia Mall are two of the local attractions which are conveniently located

just minutes from RiverCrest.

RiverCrest, with its scenic views and preserved open space, is the perfect

compliment to this beautiful township. The private RiverCrest Golf Club,

which winds through the community, adds to the beauty of this prime

location.

HOMEOWNER/CONDO ASSOCIATION

RiverCrest’s Homeowner’s Association maintains the entranceway, islands,

and open space, as well as the pool and recreational facilities. The

Homeowner’s Association is also responsible for the roadway, snow

plowing, trash, lawn maintenance, etc. Please see Homeowner’s Association
