No Fear
Shakespeare We use the No Fear Shakespeare scripts so that the bard’s language is easier to understand. The original text,
which we perform, is on the le, hand pages, and a more common interpretaon is on the right. The right hand
pages are used for studying only.
Here’s a look at our previous Shakespearean ACT plays:
Taming of the Shrew was the BIG winner at our Pyramids awards this past summer…

MEET THE DIRECTOR
Cindy Rivers began ACT in 2006 to give kids 8-19 a chance to participate in theatrical productions by either acting on stage, working the crew or helping with
other facets of theatre.
I chose this play for two reasons: 1) I wanted to produce a play at Halloween, and
since “Nightmare Before Christmas” has not yet been made available to perform as
a stage play, then “Something Wicked…” will “do nicely”. 2) I feel the message of
this play is a good one...Love conquers all.
MEET THE PRODUCTION CREW
Jeffrey Fowler (Technical Director, Associate Director) Check out our new lighting
system! Jeffrey is handling the light effects and sound. He was also the main fundraiser
for ACT. Thank you, Jeffrey!
Lauren Bentley (MakeUp Manager) Lauren has been working with ACT for the past
few productions as our make-up artist. She graduated from ACT after Romeo & Juliet
(ACT III)
Shannon Bentley (MakeUp Assistant) Shannon has been involved in ACT since its be-
ginning. Last spring, for Laugh-In, she worked behind the scenes, and she directed ACT,
sr this past summer.
Sarah Letteer (Costumes Manager) Sarah joined ACT in their second production,
“Murder by the Book”. She directed our first ACT, sr, and she has worked as our Costumes
Manager and Cue Master.
Kaity Wilkerson (Costumes Assistant) Kaity has been with ACT since “Twelfth Night” in
2011. Zaley and Lily connected with her right away, so she became the Backstage Man-
ager Assistant. Kaity also stepped in as cue master or in any role not covered during re-
hearsals.
Lizzie Wilkerson (Stage Manager) Lizzie joined ACT in 2011 and has mostly been on
crew. She is our main curtain master, and she will also be turning the clock :)
MEET ACT XVIII
Riley Brooke Adams (Will Halloway) NEW TO ACT! Riley enjoys singing, dancing,
acting, and plays softball. She is active at TES in choir and drama and hopes to gain
more experience through ACT.
This is her first main, and she hopes to make your entertainment great!
Morgan Bailey (Miss Foley) This is Morgan’s first full production with ACT. She debuted in
last summer’s ACT, sr: “The Somewhat True Tale of Robin Hood”. “Hey y'all! Hope your
Halloween is as Spooky as it can be! My name is Morgan, and I enjoy spending time with
my wonderful Act peeps! It was my best friends who dragged me in here and introduced
me to this wonderful program. I enjoy books, Pinterest, and music... “
Trey Cason (Mr. Tetley & Cooger) This is Trey’s eighth ACT production. “I am a sophomore
at Thomson High School who loves to sing and act. Halloween is my favorite holiday, so
lets bring on the chills and thrills!”
Ashley Griffith (Jim’s mom & Carnival extra) NEW TO ACT! Ashley attends Thomson High
School.
Mary Charles Johnson (Jim Nightshade) Mary Charles is a homeschool student in the 6th
grade. She discovered her love for acting during Mary Poppins last fall. At any given time,
she can be found singing or reciting lines from her latest role or interest! She is an amazing
big sister to her one year old brother Tate! Halloween is one of her favorite holidays and
some of her best costumes include the Statue of Liberty, Dorothy and Madeline!
Emily Kirkland (Dust Witch) Emily joined ACT in 2012. Her goal is to be a music therapist,
and a quote she would like to share: “'Courage is not the absence of fear, but the ability
to act despite fear.” :)
Sarah Letteer (Mrs. Halloway & Carnival extra, Costume Manager ) Sarah has been a
member of ACT since ACT II...9 years! “ACT has been a great experience for me and has
helped me grow as a person. It's definitely something I'll carry with me for the rest of my
life. :)”
Danny Roush (Dark) Danny has performed in many school and ACT performances. He
has been the bookkeeper in Beauty & the Beast, Phineas Trout in Willy Wonka, Skylights
in Peter Pan, Rapunzel's Prince in Into the Woods, and General Schmitz in Seusical for
school. He has also been Niam in Drama at the Diner, Bert in Mary Poppins, Dick Martin
in Laugh In, and the Town's Guy in The Somewhat True Tale of Robin Hood for Act.

this past spring. Lily says she likes to tell stories about Purple Bananas. :)
Angela Wilkerson (Mr. Crosetti & Carnival extra) Angela (always Angie in my book)

Kaity Wilkerson (Carnival extra, Backstage & Costume Managers’ Assistant) Kaity
came on the ACT scene in 2011. Typical Kaity: “ I'm not wearing a costume, these are
just my clothes.”
Lizzie Wilkerson (Most Beautiful Woman in the World, Backstage Manager) Lizzie, aka
Bizzie, began her ACT career in 2011. She says, “I like ACT best when you can't see
me. (crew) “
Tori Wilkerson (Lightning Rod Salesman: Tom Fury & Carnival extra) Along with her
sisters, Tori joined ACT in 2011 for “Twelfth Night”. She tells us: “ Join the Dark Side....

dedicating this performance to her deceased father Johnnie Williams Jr. She loves
drawing, acting (Warren County School’s Lion King 2016), gymnastics, karate, and mak-
