Sir / Madam,
We, at IAHEAM, have been able to conduct momentous programs for the promotion of
Hydrogen Energy in the last eight years. We get appreciable support from senior
professors/scientists from different countries for our academic activities. IAHEAM in association
with Department of Chemistry, University of Kerala and Department of Chemistry, S N College,
Chempazhanthy proposes to conduct a national level quiz competition: RASATHANTHRA-2019
on ‘Hydrogen and other renewable energy resources’ for engineering and science graduate and
post graduate students of all research and academic institutions. Lectures on Hydrogen and
other renewable energy resources are also being arranged in connection with this program. We
predict that the event will improve the thinking level and research skill of the students. It will
enhance the interaction among the students of various academic institutions. The competition
and the lectures are expected to be graced by the presence of several leading personalities from
leading academic / research institutions in India.
The main objective of this programme is to create mass awareness in exploring the
possibilities of hydrogen energy and other renewable energy sources and promoting industry
based research through collaboration between different institutions through tutorials in the
workshop, group discussions, interactions, project proposal competition and quiz competition.

08.30 - 09:00 : Registration
09.00 – 10.00 : Invited talks by eminent scientists
10.00 – 10.30 : Screening test
10.30 – 11.00 : Tea and evaluation of screening test
11.00 – 12.30 : Final Quiz competition
12.45 – 01.00 : Valedictory functions and issue of certificates
The scanned copy of the filled in application in the prescribed format (See page4)
should be sent to [email protected] (CC to
[email protected] and [email protected]) along with the
recommendation of the respective Head of the Division / Department of the Institute /
University. Interested students should register on or before 25th November 2019. The
hardcopy should be produced on the day of the event.
The winning team comprising of two students of the same
Department/institute– will be given a cash award of Rs. 10,000 and the Association Title
& Certificate. Certificates will be given to all registered contestants. Students from any
subjects of any academic/ research institute who register in advance are expected to
form the general audience.

Note:
● There is no registration fee.
● The decision of the organizing committee will be the final during the event.
● No T.A / D.A will be given. Accommodation and other materials will not be provided.
● Number of participants will be limited by first come first serve basis.
● There will be a screening test (written) for the selected students and the leading five
teams will be allowed to participate in the final oral competition
