Raptor XL1100 Cone Crushers®
Raptor XL1100®
2
PerformancePreviously our largest cone crusher on the market, the Raptor XL1100 breaks productivity barriers and features an integrated countershaft in a three-arm mainframe for unmatched durability. Whether accepting coarse feeds, intermittent feeds, high yields or simply high throughputs, the Raptor XL1100 uniquely combines proven and modern technology in an excellent machine to meet those needs .
Automation TechnologyFLSmidth’s Automated Control System ensures continuous productiv-ity, ease of operation, protection of mission critical components and a user friendly interface. All of the criti-cal instrumentation required to apply the latest automation technologies are included with the Raptor XL1100. Fully adaptable and globally sup-ported, our experts have pioneered automation technologies successfully employed in cone crushers all over the world and are leading innovators in crusher automation tools.
Advanced EccentricThe Raptor XL1100 eccentric is a nodular iron casting, providing a high strength material with excellent machinability and surface finish critical to bearing longevity under high performance crushing conditions.
Fail-Safe HydraulicsThe Raptor XL1100 incorporates a heavy duty hydraulic configuration
that improves the durability of the tramp release components, while greatly reducing the number of accumulators required. This delivers superior performance and reliability while dramatically reducing on-going maintenance costs. Our Fail-Safe Hydraulic Protection System provides an external relief which prevents severe structural overloads if an accumulator bladder should fail. Both the hydraulic system and the crusher are protected with this additional security measure.
ReliabilityThe Raptor XL1100 cone crusher has been designed to be the most reliable high performance cone crusher available. Spiral Bevel Gears, Fail-Safe Hydraulics, Fault Protec-tion Automation, Specialized Bronze Metallurgy and a High Open Area Mainframe make the Raptor XL1100 a superior and reliable choice.
Spiral Bevel GearsDemanding users of high perfor-mance cone crushers require the best available gear technology. The XL1100 employs Spiral Bevel gear technology for the best combination of durability and reliability while minimizing gear noise.
Service & SupportExcellence in global service and support is the bedrock of FLSmidth’s business philosophy. Our success has been driven by partnering with our customers and being responsive to your feedback.
Designed to set production records and deliver a sustainable advantage... Our Raptor® XL1100 cone crushers are built to draw up to 1,200 hp, delivering remarkable productivity and unmatched durability day-in and day-out.
