Remove excess HiCap™ Neutralizing Broth from the sampler foam by pressing it to the inner wall of the tube

1 For incubation open the cap with a 1/2 turn to ventilate the samples

Place the foam tip into the RapidChek® Listeria NextDay™ enrichment broth tube and close it 1

The PUR-Blue™ DUO™ is now ready for transportation to the laboratory or for incubation according to the RapidChek® Listeria NextDay™ protocol for 24 – 40 h at 30 °C (Item No. 7000171)

Place  sufficient  pressure  and  roll  the sampler during sampling (cross-hatch technique). The recommended sampling area is about 1 ft x 1 ft (30 x 30 cm)

After incubation, transfer 0.4 mL of the enriched sample into a supplied tube and boil the sample for 5 – 15 minutes at 95 – 100 °C

Let tubes cool to RT and place the Listeria strip into the supplied tube with arrows facing down. After 10 – 20 minutes read the result1 Line = Negative2 Lines = Positive
