Annual Antique Auto & Classic Car Show

§ National Winners will receive plaques § 1st, 2nd, 3rd Place for each Class and Best of Show Trophy are awarded Sunday afternoon. Trophies include Club with most Cars entered, Longest Distance under own power, and Hard Luck!
Antique Auto & Classic Car Show will have amateur judging that starts at Noon!

Preregister Early! Pre-Show Registration fee for Show Cars is $10 per vehicle before or by May 1st, 2018. After May 1st, ALL Show Car Registrations, including Drive-In’s, will be $15 for 2 adults and any children under 12; and $5 for each additional adult. First 500 registered cars will receive a dash plaque. Confirmation cards will be sent AFTER May 5th.
To Be Judged: Show Car Drive-In's are Welcome. Gates open at 8:00 AM. Your vehicle must be on the field by noon. Your Judging Form must
be placed on your vehicle’s front window. Your vehicle must have its hood up, trunk open; & convertible top up. All Show Cars are required to have a fire extinguisher. No vehicles after 1993 or cars in primer allowed in Car Show Field. Any "Vehicles for Sale" MUST be parked in the Car Corral, NOT in the Car Show Judging Area. Please Keep Driving Lanes open for both show car and emergency vehicle access! No Pop-Ups or other Tents in Show Car Area! Please leave your space clean at end of show! Thanks!
Camping: Limited availability. Enter grounds at Gate #2 (see map), check-in & pay show admission and camping fee at Vendor Gate. NOTE: Vendors may still camp on their spaces. NO electricity is available. Please leave area clean at end of show!

Vendor Information: Antiques & Collectibles, Crafts, & Car Parts Preregister Early! Vendor spaces $30 each; after May 1st, $40 each. We advertise locally and nationally!

All Vendors must have a NYS Tax Number. Sponsor reserves the right to monitor all merchandise sold at show. Vendors are NOT allowed to sell food, water, beverages, and garage or lawn sale items. All Vendor fees are for 2 days! Checks must be made payable to: R.A.O.C.C. There will be a $30 charge for returned checks! Rolling Antiquer’s Old Car Club is not responsible for loss, injuries or damage of your items. Payment for your space signifies agreement to abide by Sponsors regulations!
Vendor Set-up is Friday NOON - 8PM, and Saturday 6AM - 8AM only. You MUST be on the grounds before 8PM Friday and 8AM on Saturday & Sunday. Gates close each evening at 8PM. NO vehicles in or out of gate after 8PM! Only pedestrians allowed! Breakfast available Saturday & Sunday.
Outdoor spaces approximately 20'X30'; Indoor spaces approximately 10'X12'. Vendors will be issued one Pass per space. Your Pass must be displayed in your front window at the Gate. No extra vehicles allowed on the grounds. No Vendor parking on roads or in front of buildings.
If you wish to have last year’s space, you must indicate it on the Entry Form and have the Form postmarked by April 1st. To guarentee your space for next year, you need to stay for both show days; departing after 3PM Sunday. Camping is allowed for Vendors on their space.
NO electricity is available. Dog Leash Ordinance is to be followed by all Show participants. You must leave your spaces clean.

VISITOR PARKING (Vendor Parking located on Fairgrounds)
From Rt 12, turn East on Hale St. From Chenango County Rt 32, turn West on Hale St.
At the traffic light on Hale St, turn North onto Midland Drive. On the Right is the West Parking Lot of the Norwich Middle School & High School Campus.
Free Shuttle Bus runs between the West Parking Lot and the Fairgrounds.
OR
You can walk () to Gate #4. Head North along Midland Drive, cross Eastward through the Norwich Campus to Burr Ave. Then turn East onto Marconi Ave to reach Grove Ave. Enter through Gate #4.
