worked very hard in a volunteer capacity over the last two years with the USP

Dr. Walter Russell and Westinghouse By, Darren Colomb - C.S.O., USP

There has been much interest in Dr. Walter Russell’s transmutation experiments

performed at the Westinghouse Lamp Laboratory in 1927, myself included. Accounts of these groundbreaking experiments captivated and fascinated me when I first read

them in “A New Concept of the Universe.”

Dr. Russell had solved for the Bloomfield, New Jersey Westinghouse lab, a problem regarding the structure of Chromium, which he predicted based upon his knowledge

of the wave, and in return for his service was granted a private laboratory of his

own. With only the use of heat and special solenoid coils, Dr. Russell was able to demonstrate the transmutation of water vapor in a sealed quartz container into 17

differing substances. What you see in the scanned image below is an original copy of

‘gas sample #5’ which shows the results of spectral analysis following one of Dr.

Russell’s procedures. In every case when the apparatus was altered or re-set a different element would appear that wasn’t there prior.

Despite this irrefutable proof the scientists at Westinghouse simply could not

wrap theirs fixed minds around how something like this could be possible and

concluded it must be a leak in the tube, or some other source of contamination. This was disheartening to Russell who asked “where can you get in the world of science

when you can show them a thing like that and they still won’t believe you?” Because

of this lack of belief or the converse problem of those who believed him but only wanted the ability to obtain gold in any amount, Russell guarded the secret of

transmutation very closely however, over the rest of his days he would

incrementally disseminate the basic concepts in his lectures, books and explanatory charts for the posterity of future generations. The elements, as he said, are not

substances but are tonal like the notes of a harp string. One simply needs to change

the pressure or tension of the string to produce different sounds and simply enough, the same is true for the elements of the periodic table.

Russell constructed a novel apparatus consisting of pairs of coils and a structural

core, which enabled him to emulate the ‘dual-polarity control’ existent everywhere in Nature’s many effects. Because he possessed this knowledge of Nature’s inner-

workings, he was able to find uses for the ‘magnetic field’ of these coil pairs which

were entirely unsuspected and unknown. He posited that all matter is controlled entirely by invisible geometric wave fields that produce the various pressures of

motion which we call the elements. In this way, every atom of every compressed or

expand state of matter has its own specific position in an over-arching wave-form structure which was both periodic and predictable.

He charted all the known and even unknown elements following this 9-octave wave shaft and produced his complete published charts in 1926, which later earned

him a conferred Doctorate degree from the Royal Academy of Sciences, although he

was denied the Nobel prizes others had won for the ‘discovery’ of deuterium, tritium,

Neptunium and Plutonium. In all truth, Dr. Russell was the man who gave humanity the nuclear age and with it the nightmares that follow its abuse and misuse which

were not remotely his intentions. He learned much from his early days about the

pitfalls of saying too much too soon to men who seek power at the cost of others. As we look ahead to the future, we must be willing to open our hearts and minds to

new concepts such as transmutation as they will indeed transform us individually

and collectively, and propel our civilization into the coming age of complete control over matter and energy.
