Rainbo Fish & Game Club Charter Summary of 1952

• To Promote social fellowship and companionship among its members and families and to furnish a place where the membership can partake in meetings and outdoor activities and simply have Fun

• To instill within its membership the spirit of sportsmanship and to observe the laws of the State of New Hampshire including the Boating & Fish & Game Laws

The Opportunity of Being a Member

• For young adults, family of current members 18-26 may apply for membership

• All members have rights to:

• Use a lot owned by the club to camp/build (your property) within the town guidelines

• Participate in meetings and have a voice on how the club is run

• Use the club facilities (clubhouse, beaches, lake access etc.)

• Bring Guests to the Club

Obligations of Members, Family of Members & Guests

• To Abide by the Rainbo by-laws and Rules and Regulations

• Use common sense

• If in doubt – just ask a member

Having Fun as a Member of the Rainbo Family

• Clubhouse– Music, pool table, hanging around, movies, projector,

guitar• Playground

– Equipment• Beach

– Swimming, hanging around• Roads & Lots

– Differences between Private Roads and Public Roads– Respect member lots

Keeping Rainbo Clean

•Dispose of all trash properly

• If you use an area, put it back better than you found it! (clubhouse, playground, beach, docks)

Safety (Roads and Common Areas)

• Roads & Common Areas

– Speed

– Helmets

– Bikes, Golf Carts, 4 Wheelers

– Use Equipment for what it was designed for

– Common Sense

Safety (Boating)

•Boating

— Letting People know where you are going

— Life Jackets

— Boating License Required for all 16 year old or greater drivers of over 25hp including jet skis

Safety (Swimming)

•Swimming

— Never Swim Alone

— Use The Buddy system

— No Diving off of piers; the main beach raft is the best diving spot

— If someone is in trouble

• Get help

• Use the Life Preservers

Fishing

• Anyone 0-15 years old may fish anywhere in Crystal Lake (no license required)

• Anyone 16 years old or older may fish in the pool without a license. All other areas a license is required.

• Clean up your fishing area (dock, etc)

• Everyone must abide by the New Hampshire Fish & Game Laws
